We are excited to announce that the Trodat Order Manager restoration is complete and that all services are live!
We have worked to ensure that Order Manager will look and function the same as before. However, to protect customer account security, Order Manager users will need to create a new password when logging back on for the first time.
How to log on to Trodat Order Manager
Simply go to TrodatOM.com and click on the "Log On To Order Manager" button in the upper right hand corner.
If you know your current Password: simply log on with your current credentials. Following this, you will be prompted to create a new password that meets new security criteria.
If you DO NOT know your current Password: simply click on the forgot password link (shown below) and follow the prompts to create a new password that meets new security criteria.
Your new password will need to meet the below criteria:
• New Password will require at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 symbol/special character
• Minimum password length of 8 characters
Once your new password has been created, you be able to log on to Order Manager. Please be sure to record your new password in a safe place for future reference.
Periodic password changes may be required in the future so that user accounts continue to meet the most stringent security standards. You will receive an email notification whenever a password reset is required.
