Time Off for Covid-19 Vaccination
To Our Trodat USA Team,
As vaccines become more available many team members will want to get vaccinated. Currently appointments are at the mercy of availability and distribution locations. We do not want anyone passing up the chance to get vaccinated over concern of using time off hours, therefore we will not charge time off when receiving a vaccine.
Discuss with your manager how much time away you need on the day of your appointment. Those receiving vaccines are provided proof in some form, which must be shown to your team manager to ensure you receive credit for the time off.

Covid-19 Mask Guidance Update to Trodat USA Employees
Hi All,
Hope this update finds everyone well.
As you may know, the CDC has released new Covid-19 guidelines. As throughout this pandemic, Trodat USA will continue to follow the CDC and Local State guidance which currently both no longer require masks for those fully vaccinated. Those who are unvaccinated are still strongly urged to wear masks in public settings unless the State requirement continues to make it mandatory.
Trodat will continue to take preventative measures against COVID-19 to help keep you, your families and our customers/vendors safe.
