Further improvements in our uTypia consumernext B2C solution

Our newest update allows you to display a sample imprint image in uTypia consumernext. This addition of what the finished product can look like will further enhance your customers' shopping experience.

The images are automatically imported when the catalog data is imported from the uTypia catalog into the Magento catalog. This also applies when you do an update of the product images with your already existing uTypia catalog.

As an administrator in the Magento backend, you can now also see the personalization layout that your customer created during the order process.

We are pleased to be able to make this improvement available to you. If you have any questions, the uTypia support team will be happy to help!

We have created all the new products ready for you with quality images, so you don't have to go to go through the trouble yourself. 

Feel free to let us know what you would like to sell for your online range! Your uTypia Support Team Contact will be happy to take care of it. All you need to do is enter the desired price and any own adaptions (different product text, article numbers, special instructions, etc.).

Tips for uTypia shop administrators

What can I improve when creating templates?

We also want to improve the user experience of uTypia admins. So here's a tip from us today: When you create templates, these are also added to your shopping cart when you are logged in as an admin. With a large number of templates, this also results in a large number of customizable products in the shopping cart. This can slow down the saving process. So our tip: empty the shopping cart from time to time! You can do this easily via manage open baskets or manually in the shopping cart itself. This will also speed up the saving process considerably. 

Additional note from us: The uTypia team often makes updates and adjustments at the weekend. This is to ensure that there is as little disruption as possible to ongoing operations during normal office hours. During this time, a store may respond more slowly than usual.Longer downtimes due to planned maintenance windows will, as always, be communicated by us in a timely manner.
