The Trodat USA 2023 Price List is now available, showcasing all of the products that we will be carrying for the new year. Below is a letter from Trodat USA President and CEO Paul DeMartini regarding notable changes to this year's catalog, as well as a way for you to request a download link for the new price list.
To our valued Trodat customers,
On February 1st, 2023 we will be eliminating, in most cases, the 3% energy surcharge, and implementing a 9% price increase on the majority of our products. Seals will be receiving a 15% increase.
Throughout the pandemic and the post recovery period we have tried to keep our price increases to reasonable levels, all while maintaining our position as the most complete supplier to the US rubber stamp industry.
This required us to incur over $1 million annually in additional freight costs, a 400% increase, that simply were not covered with our usual 4% yearly increases. However, we know that our products are needed, and this has not deterred us from maintaining adequate stock and service levels in the USA.
The cost of raw materials has also climbed considerably, a fact that you likely know as well. Seals in particular are affected, which necessitated a higher increase in their price than other products.

Despite the cost of energy in Europe remaining +500% and showing no signs of declining, we have decided to remove the surcharge. While our stamp factory utilizes hydropower, the demand for these alternative sources of energy have increased due to a lack of availability from traditional sources.
We understand the challenges that stamp makers face. We have done everything we can to be here when you needed us most, and in turn, you have rewarded us with your business.
