Third, Trodat Order Manager has several different ways you can place your order. Users new to the platform will most often use the catalog system. By clicking on different product categories, you can find the exact items you are looking for, add them to your basket and then place the order. Easy peasy.
Customers who own a copy of our printed price book can simply enter the product code using the Search tool to quickly and easily find what they’re looking for. Likewise, if you are using a system like Quick Books, you can output the order as an Excel spreadsheet and simply upload it. No need to enter the PO into Quick Books then redo it in Order Manager… once uploaded, the spreadsheet will automatically be converted into an order.
Order Manager is also customizable. If you order the same handful of items over and over again, you can create an Order Template. Order Templates are a wonderful way to speed up ordering by allowing you to build premade product templates that can be quickly and easily called up when reordering. This feature can cut down on reordering times significantly, while also ensuring that the products are exactly what you want, each and every time.
And just because Order Manager is an automated online service, doesn’t mean that the human component of ordering is completely removed. Quite the opposite.
